Same keys stop working for dozens of people, no fix available

Dozens of people are having the same issues.
FGHJ,./;'[space] keys stop functioning. Have to use the onscreen keyboard.
No fixes available from Fintie or Amazon. Forgetting and repairing does nothing.
If not for these same issues cropping up for many different customers, it would be a 5-star product.

When I received my new keyboard case for my Fire HD 10 plus I was shocked to find that it's default setting happened to be in French so naturally it impacted the characters produced each time I typed. At first I thought I'd be sending it back through an Amazon return but after calming myself down I instead called your customer service. I'm glad I did as the rep I dealt with in customer service quickly found the problem. Fortunately this correction manuveur also provided a fix for another keyboard that likely developed a similar problem through an update.
